Where is the M.A.C makeup store in manhattan? Do they have makeup advisers/artist in there?

Also I am a medium/light skin complexion.. as any woman with a medium skin tone can tell you its extra hard finding concealer and foundation.. If M.A.C has makeup artists.. how are they sure the makeup is your color if they apply it in the store..shouldnt the makeup be tryed on in the sunlight?Where is the M.A.C makeup store in manhattan? If you go to the MAC website www.maccosmetics.com you can do a store finder based upon your zip code. There are many MAC stores in the city. They do have makeup artists who do apply makeup right in the store to see what works best for you. I have found most of the artists are very helpful and know what they are doing. It is not easy to get a job as one of their artists so they should be well versed in different skin types and what foundation would match your skin best. go on the mac website, theyll have the address on there, to work for mac you need to be a fully qualified make up artist, and as for seeing if make up works in daylight they have natural light light boxes around the mirrors so you can see what its like. mac staff do not get paid commission so they will not pester you at all to buy products, so say you need to go outside and havea look at the make up in daylight. they cant refuse!
