Does the M-A-C concealer (pressed powder) actually work?

i've tried bare minerals and it doesn't cover any of my acne scars so i think i need a thick and creamy kind of make up, i was wondering if the MAC stuff actually looks good because i've been wanting to try it...Does the M-A-C concealer (pressed powder) actually work?
yes!

i use mac ';studio fix'; and i don't have the best skin, and it covers all of my blemishes very well.

it's a pressed powder,

first i take a small brush (you can use an eyeshadow brush, or you can buy a paint brush, they work as well) and put it in the ';studio fix'; and go over just my blemishes. i then use a large makeup/blush brush

and go over my whole face.

i used to use a seperate concealer to cover my blemishes but i found that it wasn't working because the concealer and the pressed powder different densities and would make my skin look all funny and blotchy.

the big makeup brush also allows for even distribution and is easy to reapply.

best of luck!

ps. mac foundation is the best that i've used, and if you have bad skin or noticeable scars it's much better to use a powder than a liquid. the liquid tends to seep into the marks and scars and almost highlight them.Does the M-A-C concealer (pressed powder) actually work?
I use MAC Studio Fix Fluid (Liquid foundation) and the MAC Studio Fix compressed powder. If you apply the foundation first, and then the powder, it works magic and completely conceals blemishes.
