Have you ever gotten a M.A.C makeover (when you sit in the chair and the person that works at the M.A.C store,

give's you a makeover? do they, apply the makeup good and do you have to pay for the makeover?

Thanks!Have you ever gotten a M.A.C makeover (when you sit in the chair and the person that works at the M.A.C store,
At most places where they give ';free'; makeovers there is usually a minimum purchase. So it's not really free. Sometimes you have to pay about $40 to hold your place, but you get $40 worth of products when you're done.

Just don't let them bully you into buying stuff because you don't really have to.Have you ever gotten a M.A.C makeover (when you sit in the chair and the person that works at the M.A.C store,
you do not pay for the makeover, but they usually do it with a $40 product purchase/purchase of 2 items, etc.

but keep in mind these girls work on commission, and if they are taking their time to cater to you when they have other customers, you should go with the intention to buy something. this is true of any counter.
i havent paid for one...but if its for a special occassion i think that u do
Girl, I recently got a makeover by a MAC representative. The foundation conceals beautifully. However, if you have sensitive skin, it WILL break you out. They do not have a formula for sensitive skin yet, but it is on the way.
at the m.a.c. counter in our mall you had to buy $60 worth of their products and they would do your makeup for free. the lady i had did a fantastic job and since that is their job i am sure most of them would as well.
Yes. You usually get a complimentary maek-over if you make a purchase of $40.00 and up. Most of the make-up artists do a really great job. If you have an idea of what you want, tell them, if not then they usually do a good job of making suggestions.
