How do you purchase something at a M.A.C Counter? Or any make up counter?

When I go to Macy's and go look at the M.A.C Counter I notice all they have out are displays and stuff you can ask to test. So if you want to purchase a product, do you have to ask them to get it for you?How do you purchase something at a M.A.C Counter? Or any make up counter?
just walk up and say Hi

Yes. Just tell them what you want and they'll get it. Most of the products for purchase are stored in the drawers and cabinets underneath.
next time you go, just ask to see something and then buy it if you like it.. if all else fails, just ask the salesperson, i'm sure they'd be glad to help..
